Delivery Terms

Products are prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 2-15 business days after order confirmation.

For custom orders, this timeframe may vary depending on the contents of the order.

On international shipments, customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Documents Required During Delivery

In accordance with the regulations for Security Measures for Mail Shipments approved by the Information Technologies and Communication Board's decision dated 27/12/2016 and numbered 2016/DK-YED/517, a new rule applies for accepting shipments. When receiving your products from the courier or store personnel, you are required to present your driver's license, ID card, or passport.
